RIX User Agreement

Dear RIX (hereinafter referred to as app) users,before using our app, please read the following service agreement. Using our app means that you accept this agreement. Please be sure to read this Agreement carefully, especially the terms of exemption from liability.

1. Confirmation and acceptance of user agreement

By using our app, you agree to accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

2. Change and modification of user agreement terms

We will modify the terms of the agreement when necessary. Once the content of the agreement is changed, we will give a change prompt on the app or the content of the agreement. If you don't agree with the modified content, you can give up using our app. If you continue to use this app, you will be deemed to have received changes to the user agreement.

3. Exemption part

• The content published by users in this app only indicates their personal positions and opinions, and does not represent the positions and opinions of this app.
• As a content publisher, he shall be responsible for the published content on his own. In case of disputes arising from the published content, the content publisher shall undertake all legal and joint liabilities.
• This app does not guarantee that the network service can meet the needs of users, nor does it guarantee that the network service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of the network service.
• This app does not take any responsibility for network service interruption or content loss due to force majeure.

4、User behavior

4.1 Users promise not to use this app to publish the following content:

• Those who preach obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror and abet crime;
• Insulting and slandering others and infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests;

4.2 This app has the right to delete the content that violates the above commitment.
